Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
a. Conduct comprehensive benchmarking of reference vehicles focusing on interior and exterior dimensions, as well as driver ergonomics.
b. Develop vehicle and system-level packaging concepts and layouts, ensuring alignment and coordination with cross-functional teams (CFT).
c. Finalize system packaging concepts and hard points while ensuring satisfactory performance and integration of all systems.
d. Perform system interface checks and release vehicle layouts through Teamcenter (Product Data Management software), making them accessible to both internal and external stakeholders.
e. Execute Digital Mock-Up (DMU) analysis, generate detailed reports, and facilitate communication among subsystem owners to address packaging and integration challenges.
f. Play a proactive role in vehicle prototype and production prototype assembly activities at in-house facilities and customer assembly locations.

Experience : 4 to 6 Years

Industry Preferred : Automotive

Qualifications : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
