JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Role Purpose: Industrial Controller

The role will be responsible for Noida plant month end books closure and reporting, review of industrial workbooks, planning and execution of standard cost setting exercise, Managing, and controlling the overheads based on budget and forecast. Responsible for Forecasting and Budgeting exercise of revenue and capex. Monitoring and controlling of capex and revenue spend. Inventory management, ageing analysis, obsolescence, and overstock analysis. Intrinsic part of CBS activities and project evaluation to ensure savings in the financials. Close co-ordination with audit teams for timely closure and ensuring compliances.

Major Accountabilities:

 Primary and Secondary duties:

•     Monthly Closure: Review of month end industrial workbook, review of expenses based on historical trends and comparison with budgets and forecast. Analysis of excess/lower spend vs budget and forecast. Discussion with plant heads for monthly results and efficiency analysis.

•     Budgeting and Forecasting: Responsible for budgeting and forecasting activity for

Noida Plant. Ensuring timely closure with accuracy and alignment with respective plant heads.

•     Product Costing: Responsible for Annual product costing analysis and its smooth implementation in ERP along with monthly analysis.

•     Audit and Compliances: Ensuring timely submission of information and compliances related to cost, internal, tax and external audits.

•     Development activities: Identification of various development activities related to automation in system which are manual currently, co-ordination with IT team for development and implementation.

•     Cost Reduction/Efficiency activities: Support to CBS/WCM team for calculation and validation of data, support in identification and implementation of cost reduction initiatives.

•     Inventory Controlling: Review and analysis of obsolete and ageing of inventory with SCM/PPC team. Coordination with Supply chain team for assessment of lead times, safety stock and inventory level to be maintained at respective plant.
