JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Reporting to APAC & AME Parts Product Portfolio and Marketing Manager, the individual will be responsible for Managing the Product Portfolio for Attachments suitable for Construction Equipment in APAC & AME Region.
Delivering the Attachments Revenue Target for the AME-APAC Region distributed across six sub-regions – AME, SEA, India, ANZ, Turkey and Central Asia. The variety of Attachments that will be catered to the region will be > 100 types with sales opportunities spanning across 75 Countries.
The key responsibilities would include:
- Managing and administering dealer sales activities for Construction Equipment Attachments for Region to assure positive performance that meets or exceeds the annual sales and profit plan.
- Work in close coordination with Parts Sales Head for six sub-regions to ensure the most efficient coverage pattern and account priorities for the region as well as call frequency on accounts. Will need to align with the six-subregions mentioned above that operate out go different time zones.
- Maintaining constant awareness of customer needs, markets, competitor activities and issues/opportunities for the region; recognize trends that develop, make appropriate recommendations for appropriate Attachments as per the market/industry trends.
- Assisting in determining customer needs related to Attachments for Construction Equipment and methods of improving organization position while working within the capabilities and policies of other departments and functions within the Company to assure customer satisfaction within the resources of the Company.
- Providing sales support including direct assistance and product training to customers, distributors and dealers (> 200 Nos) as required
- Work closely with Engineering Team for Attachments Validation
- Will be responsible for Product (Attachments) upgradation. Will need to interact with the Attachment Suppliers to finalize the specifications and commercials in coordination with Purchasing & Engineering Team.
