JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Lead the India Region (India and South Asia) Dealer Network and Develop sustainable dealer network meeting compliance according to organization policies. Ensure smooth onboarding of new dealers considering profitability as key factor and amicable hive off with non-performing/ declining dealers. Responsible for implementing and sustaining business process for the Network. The position require field travelling PAN India.

Major Accountability:

Primary and Secondary duties:

  • Network Development: Appointment & Development of sustainable dealer network to deliver viable volumes. Focused approach to improve quality of Infrastructure. Appoint new dealers, network expansion by new branches for business growth.
  • Legal Documents Depository: Maintain record of documents of all legal documents including agreements, notices, non-performance letters, chain of communications for dealers under watch category. Identify nonperforming dealers and revive them on first priority or terminate in case of no option of revival to safeguard the company’s interest. 
  • New Dealer Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of newly appointed dealers, support them for building new infrastructure, manpower induction, and induction to various systems, tools & processes during induction.
  • System & Processes: Managing Dealer Business Management (web-based tool). Manage Dealer portal for dealership operations.
  • Dealership Business Policies: Design and implement policies for dealership business operation for executing smooth sales, parts, & service operations.
  • Dealer Business Plans: Develop dealership’s yearly Business Plans to meet topline based on mix of TIV, aspiration M.S. and minimum viable volumes for CASE & Dealer business. Key focus areas of Business Plans are whole goods & retails targets, manpower to meet sales volumes & after sale support along with other functions, training needs, mobility and infrastructure gaps. Strategic roadmap with timelines to mitigate business operation gaps.

Dealership Operations Review: Regular engagement with key functions to review fortnightly business plans in terms of Manpower induction, Infrastructure, CRM & Marketing actives, yearly volumes,§  Customer satisfaction index & execute performance monitoring at function level through regular business reviews for dealership operations.

  • Dealership Viability: Focus on dealer viability which is mix of productivity, designing quarterly targets for whole goods & retails & achievements, dealership operational excellence, and quarterly payout.
  • Dealership Manpower Management: Adequate quality manpower induction for dealership operations, provide trainings to manpower for meeting organization standards in terms of soft skills, technical skills and customer handling skills. Use effective tools to measure their learning and development needs.
