JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Primary Responsibilities:

• Obtain and prepare various data sources, Warranty; ADPU; NPS and other claims and telematic data for review.
• Review individual claim records for key details.
• Categorize, pareto and/or trend detailed records across complete population of dataset.
• Provide data-driven insights related to source data to be applied to strategic deployment of resources to improve quality and customer satisfaction. 
• Prepare information packages with the info needed to understand or define the root cause from Current Product Management team members to use when starting new projects.
• Continuously improve data analysis and reporting process provide an improved work product and/or increase efficiency.
• Assist with reporting on the organization tools
• Work on improving current analysis process e.g. through NLP text analysis, automation of analysis process

 Functional/Technical Deliverables:

 Very competent in Database Analysis and Data Visualization

• Experience with agricultural equipment/industry, specifically AG product like Sprayer, tractor, combine, would be an asset.
• Very competent with the use of Excel, Power Query, PowerBI, Python, databrick, Power App
• Experience with Azure Devops is a plus
• Strong English written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness.
• Experience working with big data and database development/administration would be considered an asset.
• Desire to have Microsoft Dynamics & iView knowledge.
• Should able to address Hydraulic, mechanical as well as electrical issues
