JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Complete employee life cycle/ data management – Pre onboarding to exit management
- Custodian of HR systems and databases for the complete legal entity. Monitor and ensure Key HR metrics.
- Understand and deliver requirements of HR Business Partners and business Functions.
- Reviewing & presenting budgets /provisions monthly quarterly and yearly
- Implementing new company policies and internal HR systems/ portal.
- Establish & run KPIs, driving high-quality customer support in an efficient and scalable manner.
- Anticipate the need to continue to scale our function and business: diagnose and drive the improvement of existing programs and drive the development of entirely new ways for us to seamlessly get great work done.
- Build a continuous service improvement process and consult with process owners to explore opportunities to mature/optimize key processes. Monitor process adoption and maturity levels for key service management processes.
- Vendor contract management
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant Input data.
